We are a well-established bankruptcy and tax law firm with extensive experience handling federal bankruptcy cases. Our collaborative and client-focused team provides compassionate and precise legal support to individuals facing challenging financial situations.
We are seeking one or two on-site Bankruptcy Paralegals to support a high-volume Chapter 13 practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong financial or banking experience, excellent attention to detail, and solid Excel proficiency. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to collect required documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.
- Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documentation for court filings.
- Perform income analysis and financial calculations using Microsoft Excel.
