Legal Associate (GST)

Experience: 1 to 3 years in GST

Location: Dehradun and Sector 18, Noida

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Law graduates with a strong academic background from reputed colleges such as NLU / DU / Symbiosis / GLC / NMIMS or other recognised institutions will be preferred.

• Assist in handling GST litigation matters under the guidance of seniors.
• Draft and prepare replies to notices, submissions, and legal documents.
• Support in preparation of appeals, writ petitions, and other filings under GST laws.
• Conduct legal research on GST provisions, case laws, and regulatory updates.
