Legal Associate or Paralegal

SEALSQ, a global leader in semiconductor technologies, post-quantum cybersecurity, PKI solutions, and secure IoT devices, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented Legal Associate or Paralegal to join its legal team.

This position is ideal for an experienced legal professional who is comfortable handling basic legal matters autonomously, including the review, preparation, and follow-up of simple contracts and legal documents.

The role will be primarily focused on supporting the group’s commercial and operational activities, working closely with teams such as sales, procurement, operations, finance, and HR on routine contractual and legal matters, including distribution agreements, supplier agreements, service agreements, purchase orders, customer/supplier documentation, and related legal processes.
