Legal & Compliance Operations Senior Specialist

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company. We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Operations Senior Specialist to support contract and tender processes across APAC. The role plays a key part in contract lifecycle management and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC submissions in Legal Front Door.
• Draft, review, and process standard contracts and their amendments, using set templates according to the applicable playbooks.
• Escalate requests to relevant Legal or Compliance officers according to applicable playbooks.
• Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and execution workflows.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure version control.
• Ensure expirations, renewals and similar time‑bound matters are handled and managed according to the terms of the relevant agreement, aligned with the needs of the business.
