Legal Consultant

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Legal Counsel for a full-time on-site position at our Dubai branch. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support litigation in local courts including offering legal advice drafting legal documents negotiating contracts and handling legal matters related to business operations.

Salary Range: Approx. 12000 AED/month

Qualifications & Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Extensive legal expertise with a strong grasp of UAE laws and regulations

Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting

Strong legal research and analytical skills to assess risks and provide sound legal opinions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
