Requirements Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution and have active bar admission in at least one U. S. jurisdiction. Have a minimum of of transactional or compliance legal experience, demonstrating expertise in template-intensive workflows. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
