Legal Counsel - 1 to 4 PQE - East Midlands (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading UK services business which is growing at pace and looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to take on a broad, generalist in house commercial lawyer role, where you will work alongside a team of senior commercial lawyers.

Reporting into the General Counsel, and working with and alongside the senior commercial lawyers, you will have responsibility for:

• drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier contracts;
• advising on bids and tenders;
• advising on strategic projects, as well as others matters such as GDPR, Employment, IT/Tech contacts.
• handling disputes, advising on general risk & compliance matters and ad hoc legal queries.

Personality wise, the business is looking for a self-starter, with a willingness and enthusiasm to take on a varied workload where you will get a lot of exposure to the business and key stakeholders.
