Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a talented lawyer to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Amazon Leo. You will be embedded with the Amazon Leo's ground infrastructure services and operations teams (ground gateways, networking infrastructure), with a focus on transactions in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements (e.g., agreements needed to contract for gateway sites, and to construct and operate ground gateways), and counsel the business team on legal issues related to Amazon Leo’s ground infrastructure.
