Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership
• Oversee litigation and manage external legal counsel
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Support corporate/commercial matters and agreement management
• Enhance data protection and cybersecurity legal strategies
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. and member in good standing with Law Society of Ontario
