The Opportunity

Reporting into the General Counsel, this is a broad and hands‑on role supporting the business across commercial, technology, and data‑related matters. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business providing practical legal advice in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3+ PQE lawyer looking to take ownership of high‑quality work, build strong business partnerships, and develop within a growing organization.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, technology procurement agreements, master services agreements, and technology‑related terms...
