Role Overview

You will be part of the Legal, Contract and Compliance (LC&C) Department of Thales international division (DGDI) for Southeast Asia, supporting all Thales’ businesses in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Within DGDI, you report hierarchically to the Legal, Contract and Compliance Director for Southeast Asia. The position particularly covers MCS Business Line (Mobile Connectivity Solutions) activities in the Region.

Responsibilities

• Offer / bid phase – Advise operational teams on a legally relevant contractual structure contributing to the offer’s competitiveness and in line with local regulations; draft and negotiate offers and contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors or suppliers, ensuring consistency with Thales’ interests; participate in risk analysis and mitigation plans; prepare and present all review documentation related to the bid/offer, including clear recommendations.
