A multinational healthcare business, with a growing focus on healthtech, are hiring for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team to focus on Digital, Data and Privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on a variety of projects relating to digital, data and privacy initiatives
• Act as the main point of contact from the legal team on cross-functional projects
• Draft, review & negotiate commercial agreements
• Horizon scanning to keep abreast of relevant legal & regulatory developments across the UK and EU

• Qualified solicitor - flexible on PQE
