Opportunity Description
An international business is looking to add to its legal team based in Dubai.
Our client is seeking to hire a Legal Counsel who will report directly to the Chief Legal Counsel. Key responsibilities include working on international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic transactions. Other areas include negotiating various types of investment-related contracts including SPA’s and you will also be expected to draft and negotiate commercial contracts too.
It is essential that applicants are fully bilingual in Arabic & English and can draft contracts into both languages. You should have at least 5 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm whilst experience of working in the UAE would be advantageous.
