Opportunity Description
Job Objectives:
To serve as the dedicated in-house legal resource for the Group, providing centralized legal support to Group's entities in UAE, Europe and UK. The role exists to establish a consistent legal framework across the Group, manage contractual and regulatory risk on tenders, projects, consultancy and supplier engagements, and act as the principal coordinator between Group entities and external counsel on all legal matters.
Responsibilities and Duties:
I. Group Wide Legal Coordination
- Act as the central point of legal coordination across all Group entities, ensuring consistency of legal standards, processes, and documentation Group-wide.
- Liaise directly with the management of each entity to understand local legal needs and to ensure Group level legal positions are properly implemented and observed.
