Legal Counsel - Employment

Danos has been mandated on an exclusive opportunity for an Employment Counsel (5-8 PQE ) to join a dynamic in-house team supporting a rapidly growing, internationally active asset management firm. This is a broad and impactful role, working closely with HR and senior business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal support across a range of employment matters globally.

Responsibilities:

• Providing commercially focused employment law advice, with a primary focus on UK law alongside broader international matters
• Acting as a trusted legal partner to HR and business leaders on people-related initiatives, risk management and policy development
• Supporting the management of employment disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed
