Opportunity Description
The Legal Counsel, Environmental and Remediation will provide competent, practical, and timely legal advice concerning global environmental and remediation matters to enable The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and its teams to comply with applicable laws/regulations, minimize legal/financial liabilities, protect and advance corporate interests, and preserve corporate assets.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Maintain close coordination with Goodyear's Vice President, EHS and Business Continuity and global and regional EHS and legal teams to advise on and manage global environmental compliance programs and matters
+ Manage the legal portfolio of Goodyear's global environmental remediation matters
+ Maintain close coordination with Goodyear's Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Manager, Global Remediation
+ Interface with other Goodyear organizations (Risk Management; Finance; Tax; Accounting; Real Estate...
