About the Role:
Acting as the main point of contact for all legal aspects of Invesco’s APAC ETF businesses, including local ETFs and cross-listingsServing as the APAC regional legal representative within Invesco’s global ETF legal function, partnering closely with the EMEA and Americas ETF legal representatives to ensure globally aligned standards and coordinated cross‑regional supportDrafting, reviewing and updating prospectuses, fund documents and service provider agreements; preparing and submitting applications for regulatory authorisation and listingsAdvising on ETF structuring and launch in compliance with local and international legal frameworksActing as primary liaison with regulators and exchanges for ETF-related approvals, inquiries, and ongoing legal mattersCollaborate with the APAC Legal team and the wider global Legal group on APAC ETF matters, ensuring legal analysis, doc...
