Legal Counsel

RED isan expanding international M&E consultancy, with a proven track record in low energy design, focused on providing excellent design solutions to clients.

We now seek an experienced Legal Counsel to be based in our KL office. The role is part of the wider ENGIE-TRACTEBEL legal function, requiring close collaboration with legal colleagues across regions to ensure consistency, alignment, and sharing of best practices.

Role Responsibilities

• Drafting, and assisting with the review and negotiation of suite of standard contracts and bespoke consultancy agreements, NDA's, framework agreements and professional appointments.
• Proactively advising on and the identification of operational risk.
• Advising on and assisting with the implementation of RED’s legal policies, processes, standard contracts (including continuing and proactive review and revision) and trainings, and ensuring alignment with ENGIE-TRACTEBEL’s expectatio...
