Opportunity Description
The Attorney handles routine general legal tasks under the supervision of the Legal Team Lead, the Legal Counsel or other senior lawyer(s) in the assigned Legal Support Center (LSC), GeoUnit, Division, Technology Center, Corporate Legal or Ethics & Compliance groups at headquarters (HQ). Depending on the assignment: LSC/ GeoUnit/ Division: * Handles day-to-day legal matters in the assigned business unit. Technology Center: * Drafts, reviews and negotiates confidentiality, consulting, development agreements, and handles day-t-day contracts disputes for the assigned Technology Center. * Provides legal advice and support to Supply Chain and Contracts teams in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts to meet business and legal needs, including complex contracts in the assigned Technology Center (data privacy, research and development, IOT services, other digital products, licensing and certification).
