Legal Counsel - Litigation

As the Legal Counsel, Business Litigation, you'll handle all facets of daily litigation strategy across a large financial services litigation portfolio, including management and direction of outside counsel, clear and concise counsel and direction to internal stakeholders at all levels across the business, to implement risk mitigation and successful defensive strategy that can be easily operationalized.

+ Manage day-to-day litigation strategy of complex commercial, business, and financial services litigation
+ Independently manage all phases of litigation across a high-volume litigation portfolio
