Legal Counsel

Elixirr ( is seeking an exceptional corporate and M&A lawyer to join its high performing team of legal rockstars in supporting the Elixirr Group’s business internationally. This role predominantly requires corporate and M&A activities, combined with a hands‑on approach to providing a broad spectrum of post‑acquisition integration support.

This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly scaling international business. We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mind set. A strong technical grounding from a top tier law firm and gravitas to comfortably negotiate with senior executives is also essential.

In addition to the M&A work you will advise the Elixirr Group on Companies Act and listed company regulatory obligations, including corporate governance, statutory filings, board and shareholder matters, employee share schemes, stock exchange...
