Legal Counsel
to support complex infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.
This role is well suited for a projects-focused lawyer seeking to move in-house into a
technically sophisticated, high-growth environment , working closely with commercial, engineering, and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal support across
digital infrastructure and data centre projects , from development through construction and into operations Draft, review, and negotiate
EPC, construction, consultancy, supply, and other project-related agreements Advise on
risk allocation, variations, delay claims, defects, and dispute avoidance
