Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will be the Group's lead legal executive, responsible for all legal, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory, and risk management matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines strategic legal leadership with hands‑on involvement in commercial transactions, franchise agreements, corporate structuring, and business expansion initiatives.
