Opportunity Description
Location: Hong Kong or Singapore
Key Responsibilities- Fund formation & structuring — Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of fund establishment and constitutive documents, with a particular focus on Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) and related fund structures.
- Investor documentation — Prepare and negotiate subscription agreements, side letters, investor onboarding documentation and disclosure materials.
- Corporate & commercial contracting — Draft, review and negotiate vendor, service, technology and data agreements, NDAs, intellectual property arrangements and other commercial contracts.
- Entity management & governance — Support the incorporation and ongoing maintenance of fund and management company entities, including overseas office set-up; coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers.
