Job Summary This high-impact role requires a legal professional with expertise in financial services and digital assets to manage corporate legal affairs and lead data protection compliance, partnering closely with the General Counsel and business units. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate core business contracts including client agreements, Terms & Conditions, Liquidity Provider agreements, IB agreements, and outsourcing agreements ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including execution, amendments, renewals, termination, and post-termination obligations to mitigate legal risks Develop, maintain, and update standard contract templates and clauses to streamline recurring business activities Support the design and maintenance of the company's data protection framework and ensure compliance with international data flow regulations Collaborate with business units to provide legal advice on growth initiatives, identifyi...
