Legal Counsel (Space42)

Role Purpose

As Legal Counsel you will play a key role in providing commercially focused legal support to the business with a primary emphasis on drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are structured efficiently, legally sound and aligned with business objectives. Your role will help mitigate legal risks, support commercial decision‑making and contribute to the company’s growth in the AI‑powered space technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and finalize all forms of commercial agreements, including framework agreements, service and equipment procurement agreements, satellite capacity lease agreements, service provider agreements, consultancy contracts, agency‑type arrangements, MOUs, NDAs and any amendments, assignments or terminations.
