Legal Counsel, Sydney

The General Counsel is currently the sole in-house lawyer at Nexon Asia Pacific Pty Ltd and reports directly to the CEO. This newly created role represents the first expansion hire into the legal function and is a genuine second-in-command (2IC) opportunity. 

The role has a strong commercial and sales-support focus, while also providing exposure across a broad range of in-house legal matters as the business and legal function continue to grow. 

Role Purpose 
To provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice that supports Nexon's sales and operational objectives, manages risk, and contributes to the development of a scalable, modern in-house legal function.
