About the Role
As Legal Counsel, you'll play a key role supporting a growing s division across the UK. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that requires a pragmatic, solution-driven legal professional who can advise on a full range of legal and risk issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, commercial, and operational teams, you'll be responsible for negotiating and drafting complex IT services agreements, preparing Local Country Agreements under global frameworks, and navigating legal nuances across different jurisdictions.
