About the Role
As a Legal Director on the GTM Legal (Asia) team, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor and an essential partner to sales leadership across the region. You will play a central role in enabling Workday's revenue growth in Asia by providing enterprise-level deal support where it is most needed, nurturing partnerships with sales leaders, and helping the organization meet its business growth objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Revenue Growth in Asia:Providing legal support (including on contracts, data privacy, software licensing and subscription, market entry, cybersecurity, ethics and integrity, and other corporate / commercial transactional issues) for both net new and customer base sales teams across both the private and public sector primarily in ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines), and secondarily across the rest of Asia, including Hong Kong & Taiwan, Korea an...
