· Key responsibilities: Provides legal and strategic advice to stakeholders at various
levels of the organisation (including executive-level boards and committees) on relevant
subjects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protection of

agreements Provides legal support (templates, advice, risk management, subject
