We're seeking a Legal Entity Officer. As Legal Entity Officer (LEO), you will take ownership of a portfolio of legal entities and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. You will combine strong technical expertise with business partnership and leadership. This is a senior, high profile role within the Legal Entity Control (LEC) team, offering broad exposure across Morgan Stanley's investment management business unit. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys accountability, influence and working closely with the business to shape outcomes.
