Legal executive- non litigation

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer (Non-Litigation) with 2–3 years of experience to support our in-house legal and compliance function. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, documentation, and advisory work for a listed entity. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to corporate laws and compliance requirements, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle non-litigation corporate legal matters for a listed company.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
• Support legal compliance related to listed entity requirements and corporate governance.
