Terra Law is looking to hire one (2) Conveyancing Secretary in the Corporate Real Estate Practice.

The candidate should possess the following skills:

• 5 years' relevant experience in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of both residential and non-residential land, JTC and URA land and developers work
• Experience in collective sale transactions will have an advantage
• Able to handle files competently from start to end
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player, meticulous and well-organised

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
