Legal Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation/evaluation of the company's foreign-related contracts, and participate in the negotiation of major contracts.

Participate in the handling of company's foreign-related disputes and disputes, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company.

Control the case risk, escalated major contracts and litigation cases (limited to contracts as well as cases that have a significant impact on the company's assets, liabilities, rights and interests and operating results) to the International Legal Department at headquarters;

Participate in the construction and improvement of the company's legal risk control system;

Responsible for the company's labor legal affairs support;

Responsible for communication and liaison with local lawyers;

Seal management, internal legal training and other matters.
