Opportunity Description
Our client in the BPO space is searching for a Legal Manager who will be responsible for providing legal services to the company including contract preparation and review, legal opinion on labor-related issues, contractual obligations, and general corporate law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Coordinate with external parties (vendors, government agencies, company legal counsel)
▪ Serve as the company's official representative on any labor litigation and criminal litigation cases, unless otherwise directed.
▪ Work in tandem with HR Business Partners in developing policies and procedures, e.g. grievance procedures, due process, exit interviews, and in all such circumstances, ensuring compliance to labor laws.
