- To assist in reviewing tender documents and provide recommendations - To report commercial risks and commercial-related issues, including other commercial matters - To review contract documents and coordinate with the Business Development Department - To prepare formal construction contracts between the Company and clients - To provide consultation to project site teams regarding contract-related issues and commercial matters upon request - To provide guidance, take responsibility, and support contract claim management - To entitlement claims in accordance with contractual provisions - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Fields
- At least 2 years of Experience in Laws for construction contracts, commercial risk, and claims in construction business
