Opportunity Description
Department: Legal & Regulatory Department
In this position, you will:
Assist legal counsels in reviewing and drafting legal documents and other business related materials
Handle translation and proofread of various documents
Prepare reports, data analysis and handle administration work
Provide clerical support to legal counsels and liaising with other departments
Perform other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor in legal studies or above
Hands-on experience in handling commercial contracts, tenancy agreements and business- related materials
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) . 5* or above in Chinese and English subjects in public exam is an advantage
