Opportunity Description
- Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of agendas and materials
- Handle correspondence, travel, expenses and document management
- Support contract and document workflows, coordinate signatures and maintain electronic repositories
- Assist with engagement, learning and communication activities including trainings, newsletters and internal events
- Maintain distribution lists, onboarding materials and SharePoint/Teams structures
- Act as a point of contact for facility and IT requests and manage mail, courier shipments and general admin tasks
- Contribute to process improvements within Legal Operations
