These newly created roles are perfect for highly organised and proactive professionals who thrive in a busy litigation environment. The successful candidates will provide dedicated support across our three sub-teams, playing a crucial role in the efficient operation of the department. Day-to-day of the role: Departmental & Administrative Support Provide daily administrative support across three litigation sub-teams, working closely with multiple solicitors and fee earners. Manage incoming and outgoing post for the department, including regular, certified, and registered post. Coordinate calendars for meetings, court dates, and key deadlines.
