Drafting and vetting key legal documents including development/JV contracts, conveyance and transfer deeds, POAs, MOUs, sale/lease documents, and leave & license contractsStrong expertise in RERA compliance and real estate regulatory procedures.In-depth knowledge of land laws, property tenures, ownership, acquisition, development rules, and Well‑versed in stamp duty, registration, and adjudication process.Experience drafting pleadings, statutory notices, replies, petitions, and complaints.Familiar with High Court procedures; capable of briefing solicitors/senior counsel and appearing before judicial/quasi‑judicial bodiesExcellent English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills...
