This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with legal recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Coordinator will play a key role in attracting top legal talent while supporting attorney development initiatives across the firm.

Partner with the Director to execute recruiting strategies and maintain candidate records
Coordinate and schedule interviews for attorney candidates
Manage due diligence processes, including conflict checks
