ElevateFlex seeking a Team Lead to join our customers' Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) team in Birmingham . This role involves leading a team of paralegals and locum lawyers across document review and due diligence projects for a prestigious law firm.

You’ll be part of a dynamic management team, working closely with Legal Operations and leveraging cutting-edge legal tech, including AI review and automated drafting tools, to deliver high-quality legal services.
