Opportunity Description
Role : Legal Executive Location : Mumbai Experience: 3-8 years PQE (all levels considered based on skills and fit) Role Summary The Legal Executive will manage end-to-end contracting and legal support for business teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. This includes drafting/reviewing agreements, vendor onboarding, contract execution, CLM administration, compliance coordination, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, amendments, and addendums. Ensure contract terms align with business requirements, internal policies, risk standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., DPDPA, contract law basics). Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to execution, including tracking approvals, maintaining versions, and closure.
