**Summary** :

The **Legal Specialist** supports UNC Health's participation in the North Carolina Rural Organizations Orchestrating Transformation for Sustainability (ROOTS) Hub as part of the State's Rural Health Transformation Program. As the NC ROOTS Region 4 Hub Lead, UNC Health collaborates with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), healthcare organizations, and community partners to improve the health and well-being of rural populations across Region 4 and throughout North Carolina.
