Legal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor updates in laws (labor, licensing, business regulations)
• Review, draft, and manage contracts (vendors, partners, employees)
• Ensure all agreements are legally sound and protect company interests
• Maintain contract documentation and database
• Ensure all business licenses and permits are valid and updated
• Coordinate renewals and compliance with authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment
• Experience in contract drafting and legal compliance
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity and confidentiality, ability to handle pressure and sensitive issues
