Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop legal teams supporting client and vendor commercial contracts across multiple geographies.

- Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of complex technology, SaaS, licensing, procurement, and professional services agreements.

- Provide strategic legal advice on contractual risk, regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters, including GDPR and CCPA.
