Summary This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations - Region VII in Kansas City, MO. The incumbent provides technical guidance and assistance to lenders, small businesses, and resource partners in the district to increase access to capital and optimize the effectiveness of SBA programs and mission. Responsibilities As a/an Lender Relations Specialist at theGS- 1101-12, some of your typical work assignments may include: Conducting required face-to-face and virtual lender visits with individual lending institutions for the purpose of delivering SBA loan programs and services in the Agency/Districts and in accordance with the Agency Strategic Plan and District Operating Plans Developing, conducting and/or participating in face-to-face and virtual training sessions to Small Businesses, lenders, borrowers and partners to ensure that SBA programs and services are optimized in the District.
