Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support credit risk assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fundamental understanding of fixed income markets or credit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar) preferred
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive team player with a continuous learning mindset including interest in financial markets, data analytics and AI‑driven tools
