As the Lettings Manager, you will be the driving force behind the lettings team, overseeing a portfolio of 700+ properties (the majority owned by the agency). This is a busy and varied role that requires a proactive and customer-centric approach. You’ll be responsible for managing a small team, conducting valuations, and handling new business enquiries, all while ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained.
