Lettings Officer

6 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support the effective delivery of the organisations lettings service by managing the day-to-day operation of the Choice Based Lettings system, coordinating nominations to Housing Associations and Special Schemes, and ensuring council and partner properties are allocated efficiently, fairly, and sensitively. The postholder will provide high-quality customer service, maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and support the Senior Lettings Officer in the administration and continuous improvement of the service. Key Responsibilities Manage the efficient and sensitive letting and pre-letting of Council and Housing Association properties.
